We are very excited at the level of activity we are currently seeing at Soaring Hawk as we head into the prime spring and summer selling season. We recently put our first two Developer homes under contract and they will both close in the next 4-8 weeks.
We are currently about 60% of the way through our third Developer home, the 2,000 square foot 2 bedroom/2.5 bath Merlin which will be ready to occupy later this summer.
We just broke ground last week on a 3,500 sq. ft build to suit we are doing for a buyer on lot 83. This one will look over open space and have completely unobstructed views from Deer Valley all the way to the Jordanelle and Mt. Timpanogos.
We are also finalizing a few more Developer spec homes that will start construction shortly.
In the meantime the infrastructure continues to go in at a rapid pace and it won't be long until all of the utilities will be in place for the first two phases of our project.
Additionally we will be pricing our final phase lots this week and offering special pre-construction incentives on these lots for a limited time only. These are tucked away in the back and have the advantage of a private location and yet still have the views that make our development what it is. These lots would be perfect for the buyer who wants to pick up an amazing lot at a really good price but doesn't need to start their build until sometime in 2017. We anticipate having all of our infrastructure in place for these phase 3 lots by summer/fall 2017.
