The crews are finishing final grading and road and lot prep at Soaring Hawk phase 3 in preparation for the paving crews to arrive in two weeks. There is still a limited time to take advantage of our $10,000 pre-paving incentive.

We are very close to finishing the last major work in the development with the scheduled paving of Soaring Hawk Phase 3 in the last week of July. Though the weather has held up our progress a bit, our crews are working diligently towards the completion of the phase 3 improvements at Soaring Hawk. The water and sewer lines have largely been laid and grading work on lots and the road continues with an eye towards a mid to late June paving of the phase 3 road. Phase 3 lots will be priced starting at $160,000 with some amazing lots available. Yesterday and last evening saw a light dusting of snow throughout the Park City area and around the Jordanelle. There is still plenty of snow up in the mountains and the fresh blanket of white was particularly beautiful this morning so I shot a few pics to show off this amazing view, looking towards Deer Valley, Timp and the Jordanelle.
