We like to think of Christiane Hartley and Ken Block as quintessential residents of Hideout, Utah. The youthful and energetic, senior couple brought their lust for life from Marblehead, Massachusetts to Park City in 2005. For several years, they resided in an estate-style home and then decided to downsize by purchasing a townhome at The Rustler, a neighborhood in Hideout Canyon. It is a beautiful morning here at Soaring Hawk and I took a shot of two new homes we have under construction here.

Soaring Hawk 16 and 19 under construction

In the foreground is Soaring Hawk 16.  This is a 3,000 sq ft Merlin with a walkout that we expect to deliver sometime this fall.  This home has been pre-sold and will have commanding views of the Jordanelle, Timp and Deer Valley.

Down below in the background being framed up is Soaring Hawk 19.  This is a custom home that I do not know a lot about but looking forward to watching this one take shape for it's owners.  We love the variety that these custom builds bring to the neighborhood.

Other homes that have been pre-sold and in various stages of construction at Soaring Hawk include 23 which is set to close in the next few days,
