September 2017

Found 5 blog entries for September 2017.

The stone work is largely done and the metal roof is going on right now. Inside the drywall is complete and the cabinets and appliances will be going in soon. We are about 5 weeks away from completion on this one and will be delivering it to the new owner sometime in early to mid October.

Soaring Hawk

This one has been under contract since January.

Next, we will move on to 23 which is being excavated as we speak as well as 15, 16 and 17, all of which have been pre-sold.

These pictures don't show it very well yet but the reds are starting to turn all over the Park City area with the yellows to follow. Looking towards the Jordanelle with the naked eye you can really see the reds on the hills near Deer Valley and we are starting to see some behind Soaring Hawk as well.temp-post-image

The hills behind Soaring Hawk are going to be awash with colors in about 2-3 weeks and it is one of the prettiest sights in the area so if you get a chance to stop by the end of September it will be worth the trip.

The excavation is almost complete and we will soon be pouring the footings and foundation on this new developer built custom home on Soaring Hawk 23. This one has been pre-sold and we are anticipating a spring 2018 completion date.

When the new owners move in they will wake up to unobstructed dead on views of Timp, Deer Valley and the Jordanelle every morning.
